Payment

On Friday, July 29th we will be meeting at The Brickyard downtown at 7:30 for the adult mingle. There is a $5.00 cover charge at the door and you'll be responsible for all food and drinks that you'd like.

On Saturday, July 30th we will be having the family picnic. Cost is $10.00 per adult and children 14 and younger are free. We would greatly appreciate if you can make your payment as soon as possible. This will really help us out so we can then start planning what kind of things we can do for the picnic, because we would know how many people are going to attend and we will have the funds to start buying items. Right now we are having to take money out of our personal savings to get things reserved.

We also ask that you fill out a form when you make a payment that away we know who is making the payment. This is the Picnic Payment Form.

There are a few different options to make your payments. Our preferred method is through Paypal.
1. Go to the "Payment" tab at the top or click here to go to our Paypal shopping cart. Choose the number of adults, children and donation (optional) and then checkout.
2. Pay with your credit card through Paypal. Send money to westhigh2001@gmail.com If you use a credit card you will be responsible for a small fee. If your total is $10.00 your fee is $0.59 for $20.00 the fee is $0.88. Your payment would be for "Friends and Family"

2. Pay with your bank account through Paypal. Send money through a "Personal Payment
 Transfer" to westhigh2001@gmail.com On the form select "Payment Owed" There is not a fee for using this method.
3. You can mail a check or money order made out to:

4. Make a Cash or Check payment in person email the Planning Committee at westhigh2001@gmail.com to make arrangements. You can also send us a personal message on facebook. Please don't post it on the facebook wall because sometimes the newest posts don't always go to the top! Here is the link to the facebook Group Page. Pictures Needed

As the reunion approaches we are needing photos from all four years of high school to be included in a presentation at the reunion.

If you have some photos you would like us to use please submit them to westhigh2001@gmail.com. Please include names of everyone in the photo and the school year it was taken. If you don't have access to a scanner just let us know and we can make arrangements to get the pictures from you and we can scan them for you. Thanks!

There have been a lot of question regarding who can attend the class reunion. All Pioneers from the Class of 2001 are welcome regardless if you graduated from West High or not!

Reunion Planning

Hello Class of 2001!

Ten years ago we were Seniors in High School, pagers were our 'facebook' and Friday nights were filled with football games and friends.  The time has come to reunite with each other at our ten year class reunion! Planning has begun and we are looking at Saturday, June 4th 2011. The date is not set in stone yet, pending on availability. As of now, we are planning on starting the day at O.J. Watson Park for a family picnic. The park offers a bike trail, playgrounds, a fishing pond and for a small fee there are also paddle boats to rent, pony rides, train rides and a miniature golf course. We will be providing lunch for everyone and a bounce house for the kids. We will also be having a volleyball tournament.

That night we would like to have a night out on the town. The exact location hasn't been determined yet, but you may vote on your favorite place using the poll on the right.

We would also like to have a second reunion this fall. We would like to start by having a tour of West High and then go to the Homecoming football game. Details on this are still being discussed, but we would love to know what you guys think about having two dates. Especially those of you that live out of state.

We are very open to any ideas you may have. Please contact us if you are wanting to help the day of or with the planning of the reunion. If you or someone you know can donate or give us a discount on anything that we may need for the reunion please let us know.

Again, this is just what is being discussed up to this point. We just want to keep everyone updated and get as much feedback as possible! Also, please keep us updated on your contact info or anyone that you may know! Thanks!
